This place called the day before her appointment to cancel her appointment because they were not comfortable lifting her hair color? What kind of company calls a person less than 24 hours before their appointment to cancel because it’s going to be too much work for the hairstylist, absolutely horrendous service. I will not go here. I will not recommend anyone going here."
