"got a horrible perm experience here. I asked for a very very light wave perm. The girl told me my hair would be just a “little bit” curlier than what i was wanting which was fine. It turned out to be the complete opposite of what i wanted and not only was it not “just a little bit wavy/curly” my hair is literally curly and fried. She was super rough with my hair i had a small super red spot in the front of my hairline where she took out the rollers and a few hairs were taken from my hairline so now there is a mini spot there with no hair. My hair at my ends feel fried and the left side of what used to be my side bang is completely different and way more fried and curlier than the other side there were a few strands of my hair she didn’t even get which thank god there are at least a few pieces left. I’ve gotten a perm before so i know what it’s supposed to feel and be like and this definitely was not it. If you have thicker hair and are looking for a wavy pattern definitely do not come here. my worst hair experience ever i’ve been crying all day. terrible. i really really wish i could get my money back. $90 gone . The most i’ve ever spent on doing my hair, and i’m a mess instead of getting almost what i was supposed to get. I understand perm changes your hair and it can be damaging but definitely not fry your hair. Especially hair that is healthy and natural. The least it could be while damaged is beautiful but now my confidence is literally absolutely destroyed."

"I cannot express enough how much I enjoy going to Salon Bella Vi. Since moving to Michigan in August of 2020, I felt stressed when trying to find a salon that would cater to my hair type. I have curly, thick, coarse hair, so stylists are sometimes not used to dealing with this type. However, upon inquiring with Salon Bella Vi, the receptionist let me know that Silvana specialized in treating my type of hair. Since my first appointment, I have always left the salon feeling like my needs were heard. Silvana never hesitated to ask what my preferences were for color or cut, provided suggestions, and was straightforward as to how my facial structure would look like, all while referencing my previous appointments' timing and requests. She also takes her time and is so detailed with her blowouts, and she makes the process look so easy with the amount of hair I have. Overall, I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for exquisite service and a welcoming environment."

"I love this place!! I have been getting my hair cut and colored here for a few years and have nothing but exceptional things to say. It is very clean and a fun environment, love the music. All of the girls are very friendly and welcoming. I always see Carly there and she works miracles on my hair. She is so talented, I highly recommend seeing her! She's also amazing at doing make up! I also went through Salon Bella Vi for a wedding and they were awesome with that too, even though we were a fairly difficult group. The wedding coordinator worked so well with us and the girls made us all look incredible. I've been to many hair salons in this area and Salon Bella Vi is by far the best. I would recommend it for everyone."
