"Michigan alum and my favorite stop when visiting AA after walking around campus. But was there for the long weekend and the lady working was quite rude and assuming we may be attempting to steal merchandise, following us in the store and making comments about shopping upstairs. If there has been a problem with theft, get security tags or other ways to monitor stealing rather than profiling and harassing customers there to support the business. If it wasn’t my favorite place for umich gear and I had more time to go to another store, I would have walked out without purchasing the two items I did."

"I ordered two hats. They arrived damaged. I was informed through email that the hats were damaged prior to shipping. I've tried to get some information about returning the hats & they have not responded to three separate emails for a week now. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from M den again."

When I placed the order the Jan 26th ship date wasn't noted on the website. If I knew that I would've waited three days and picked up the same items somewhere else three minutes from my home.
