"Good store I got some shirts here."

"I bought a dress that I planned to wear that night. When I got home I removed the tags and put on the dress and saw there was a hole on the seam. A week later I went back to store to return the dress but was told I could not return the dress because the tags were removed. I had the receipt and form of payment I used to purchase the dress. I explained the tags were removed because I was going to wear the dress but noticed the hole. I will never shop here again. It’s ridiculous. Even the employee stated, “oh I see where the hole is, right on the seam.” So clearly the dress was unwearable."

"I used to love shopping at Forever 21 until they closed down the fitting rooms. I totally understand that they close down to the pandemic to the pandemic however, most if not all other companies have reopened their fitting rooms months ago. There are so many beautiful clothing pieces that I would love to try on in the store but I don't feel comfortable buying unless I can try them on. I honestly feel like I would spend much more money like I did pre pandemic at Forever 21 is the fitting rooms were open and this is isn't about this particular location, but some other locations have their fitting rooms open, which makes me wonder if this was a choice every store was allowed to make individually."
