"Karen did my mom's hair. She is fantastic. Everything was clean and organized. She greeted and welcomed us. Overall improved experience from the last time I was there. She has taken over management of that location and I couldn't be more please for them."

"Will never go here again. Came in to get my son a haircut and she asked me multiple times how to cut his hair. She first only cut the sides by his ears after I asked her to cut the back of his head as well. She then also was telling my TWO YEAR OLD to sit still in a very rude tone. My husband went there two weeks before and his hair wasn’t even blended correctly. Would not recommend going here."

"This location lost me as a customer today. I came in and was checking in at the kiosk. The only stylist was just finishing up a cut. Never greeted me and seemed perturbed that I was checking in. Tried rushing me so she could cash out the only other party there. Then still basically ignoring me she started cleaning up. No "Hey it'll just be a moment." or any acknowledgement other than when she was annoyed as I was trying to finish check in. After she cleaned up she walked to the back again saying absolutely nothing to me. After a few minutes I decided I'd go somewhere else where I was welcome. If I could give a 0 star for this location I would."

"The hair cut was good but the atmosphere was not. Had a distracted stylist who had to attend to a customer on the phone and talk to the hair stylist in the next chair who was cutting her daughters hair. She was not friendly, it was an uncomfortable vibe. I would rather pay extra money to go somewhere that I feel welcome and not like someone hates me."
