"I left my wallet at home, and my phone at the office, I left to go and get a small iced coffee and Ben the Manager let me go. I couldn't have been more grateful with his level of service and professionalism. I would highly recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone working in the area."

"Had the sausage egg and cheese bagel that was fresh and hot. The large coffee was hot, fresh and fantastic! Timbits hit the spot after a long hockey game. Go get some!"

"The cleanest fast food place I've ever been in. Feels like a cross between a coffee shop and a fast-food business. Probably because it is. The free wifi is nice. And the music is playing at a nice background level as it should be. The lady at the counter was obviously a native Spanish speaker. Had a little difficulty with my American English but we muddled through my order with no real problems an occasional repetition from one of us couldn't fix. (I guess my decades in Florida helped, too) Food came quickly and hot enough. My chicken panini (more panini-adjacent) wouldn't win any awards but filled the belly with chips quite nicely. Kudos on those chips, not overly salty, great crunch, not greasy at all. This was my first time having something other than a donut at a Tim's, wasn't even sure they had lunch fare when I came in, honestly. I'll definitely consider stopping in again."

"I come between 12:30pm and 1:30 pm. The drive thru cashier is so friendly. I was paying with a gift card and she pointed out my balance on receipt so I wouldn't have to call and check. Fast service, had what I wanted, fresh tasting food."

"I came here around 9 am for muffins and a mocha. They welcomed me to the store and took my order right away. Muffins were handed to me the minute I paid and the mocha got done a minute later. Seating was clean from food crumbs and the floor was spotless. I got fresh explosion and chocolate chip muffins tasted fresh and total for two muffins was $3.98. Mocha was incredible. I’ll come to this Tim Hortons in Troy from now on."
