"Great environment and very clean. Everyone is very friendly and tries their best in rush. For the person I saw below that said there was a fly in food case lol I js wanted to say that’s literally the display they don’t actually sell those items and DUH there will be a fly when there’s food on any display anywhere because it’s not actually going to be eaten. They don’t ever sell items in display, only from panty or fridge so they’re very clean in how they prepare their items. I’ve been going here for a while now and it’s lovely"

"OMG! Do not, I repeat, do not patronize @Starbucks at @Macys Somerset Collection in Troy, MI! The black girl working at 6:25pm on Saturday, July 29, 2023 was extra rude for no reason. My friend asked about her order several times, and it got to the point where she was purposely making my friend wait for her order. There wasn't a crowd, but the barista continued to say, "I'll get to your order," and proceeded to do other things and fix orders behind us. We were just standing there looking stupid while waiting for her to make the order. We eventually told her to forget the order and left."

"It is situated inside the mall with lots of sitting space inside. At this Starbucks, we get almost all the menu items all the time. A very nice place to hangout with family and friends. It is mostly very clean and handle a huge crowd at a reasonable amount of time."

"The cashier was such a rush to take my order as I could not decide what to eat and ended up ordering two spinach wraps which didn't taste good at all. Not good service at all by the employees. Please be patient and polite as every customer is important. This is not the case in other Starbucks."
