"Right of the start, I have to say that I definitely prefer BiggBy coffe than any other brand coffee shop. For one, they are a local, Michigan company. Also, in my opinion the coffee and most of the specialty drinks taste better than the rest of the field. It is not as crowded and the wait for service is not as long as at Starbucks, for example. I like this particular location too. The staff is very efficient and the place is clean. My drink comes out fairly quickly and always tastes delicious."

"The vibe here is amazing. Got my mint mocha and vegan bagel, and they were happy to make adjustments to the sandwich. He even double-checked with me to see if i wanted cream cheese on the bagel. Courteous and fast service! Clean and warm atmosphere! I'll definitely be back for another great cup of joe."
