"I didn't speak up at the time because I'm very introverted, but I didn't like that the lady there kept making comments I didn't see as appropriate regarding customer's hair. Hopefully she sees this and knows that maybe she didn't mean to make people feel bad but comments like that can make people self conscious about their physical appearance."

"I go here and have Hailey as my hairdresser. I went in Thursday and she wasn't in so the dark haired chunky girl that is usually directly behind Hailey cut my hair. Of course when I got home and combed and SPRITZ it it was HORRIBLE SHE HAD CUT DOWN TO MY SCALP ON THE LEFT SIDE. HUGE GOUGE IN IT !! Never mentioned it to me, as she should've. If I lived closer I would've went back and made a scene !!! I will NEVER go back.!!"
