"Updated review - After being a faithful client, every other week for 2 years, I never missed an appointment, never had a conflict, always paid cash and tipped 30% every time and never having any issue, they now have not returned any phone calls I've made to schedule future appointments. I'm not sure why. But she has returned calls for other clients and scheduled appointments. The ghosting a good customer is just unprofessional. Wish I knew why. My nails always look beautiful thanks to the time and precise talent of the owner. Appointment only is also the best way to go. No waiting or rushing."
