"Worst customer service ever! I tried to return them 3 days later and found they do NOT accept returns even if the boots have not been worn. The owners daughter was running the store and she said the boots I wanted were ridiculous and that if I wanted to look stylish I should order certain boots. I hadn’t asked her opinion and I wanted boots that look good to me! Also comfort and fit are very important! I had never been told about their return policy and didn’t see it posted anywhere! Never will shop there again!"

"Walked into woodys, (place was empty) and tried to get fitted for a pair of boots. The woman refused to fit me unless I was going to buy them saying it would “take to long”. It’s a miracle this place is still in business, worst customer service ever."

"This place is as cute and fun to visit as it is just a great source for everything you could possibly need to outfit a western rider. We went to get one thing and ended up with stuff we did not even know we needed! Great selection of quality merchandise that has held up well. The staff was helpful and kind and helped my daughter try on shirts and pants until she got just the right things. Then they helped her find the scarf and jewelry she needed to complete the look for competition. They have it all."
