"I was not aware that they made this just a normal Starbucks. I'm so sad they took the reserve away! Kyle made great drinks, the gal at the register was nice but seemed confused. Floor had some trash on it and was sticky like it hadn't been mopped in a while. Overall ok experience. Normal/Average Starbucks imo."

"Actually the most rude, aloof, and entitled staff I’ve ever encountered. For the second time in a row, my beverage was wrong here. This time it was made wrong twice. When I very kindly approached the barista “Saris” with my concern, he demanded I give him the sticker off the cup. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. Then they proceed to shove the proper drink back in my back - again no apologies, sorry, we’ll make it better next time. I am SHOCKED at how horrible the service is here — hopefully someone higher up can do something about it. Rude rude rude!"

"Fabulous location and building. Can't believe Starbucks closed the Reserve coffee bars. Horrible marketing on Starbucks part as to why they weren't profitable. I'd like to know where all those espresso machines are now. I'd like to buy one."

"Don’t expect to be walking into the Starbucks Reserve you see in Seattle, Chicago or NYC. That said - they offer a small selection of reserve beverages (in reserve branded cups) and the normal Starbucks menu. The baristas are friendly and quick - always there to help. The seating is open and a good place to hang out or work/study (If you can find seating)."

"This Starbucks reserve bar is practically considered my office at this point. I have probably been to this location a few hundred times. Not your average around the corner Starbucks. Their staff is amazing, and so personable, I know all of their names as they do mine. My absolute favorite barista is Deja, such a sweetheart, so personable, I have had I don’t even know how many conversations with her. She’s recommended so many things I’ve tried and keeps me updated with when she’s working! They are very personable, and provide good hospitality with mugs and trays for their food and drinks they offer that not every Starbucks offers. I added a couple dozen photos from my experiences, I recommend the toffee hazelnut iced latte with oat milk, my number one favorite drink I’ve ever had here! Highly recommended!"
