"this location is horrible and needs better staffing. I've been to this location a few times and the first time I went, something went wrong then this time I ordered a iced white mocha with cold foam and caramel drizzle. I received it hot. so I went inside and when I told the lady I wanted it Iced she kinda got loud and said " I made it hot because that's what the other girl told me, if you want it iced you have to say that" so I told her that I did ask for it iced because I've never get my white mochas hot.. So I know for a fact I said iced then she said " yeah I was wondering why it was whipped cream on a hot drink " . She remade it but Its the principle... I'm a customer and your suppose to have good customer service. Not to mention it was made messy. when I lifted the top off the whipped cream, started spilling on the sides of the cup. Then when I got the remake, that one also had whipped cream spilling out. Another lady was also picking up a coffee at the same time and it was suppose to have whipped cream and when the girl told the employee that, the employee grabbed the drink off the counter with an attitude, then gave it back but didn't say have a good day or I'm sorry about that... Me and her both agreed we wont be coming back here."

"I usually go recently though new people I can't seem to get a descent mocha Frappuccino, it's either weak with mocha or drowning in chocolate sauce with very Lil ice.. just need consistency"

"I don't know if this is a franchise problem, but I almost always have to wait for an order I prepaid for online. I've had to get at least 5 refunds because there was a wait. What's the point of ordering online? This location needs to do better for sure. I'll be getting Tim Hortons until further notice"

"The young lady I believe her name was Lynn was phenomenal... I didn't know what I wanted and the recommendations she gave me with how she ordered her coffee was phenomenal!! It was so good I took my first sip and had to call the store and tell her how much I loved it!! I'm very pleased with my coffee as well as my service!"

"Why is the customer service so bad at this location? Especially the morning staff except Deborah.Theres a few of them that have absolutely no business in the service industry. I will never understand why someone would hand their hard earned company over to an indolent to run. It is not the customer's fault when you make a mistake, we also don't like to overhear you talking badly about other customers and I can't speak for all, but I personally don't appreciate my food or drinks being made by people stuffing their mouths over the things I will soon eat and drink. This is the the culture of this company and it's a shame."
