"My sister in law and I went to get nails removed and we left in pain. Instead clipping off the tips of the nails and then using the drill to file down the acrylic, the tech used a nail tip and dug under the acrylic nail and popped them off. It absolutely destroyed our real nails. On top of that she cut me and ripped my real nails in half causing me to bleed. Will not be going back to this salon."

"My husband had an appointment today at 12:30 and the whole experience was dealt with disappointment. The nail technician was 30 minutes late to the appointment. They rushed to do his nails (not smoothly filed and not at a nail salon level). The clear polish application came off multiple times during the appointment. He asked them to redo it the second time which they did; however, after sitting under the dryer yet yet he noticed the polish was sliding off again. He choose to leave after the second application."

"I have been here twice. Both walk in appointments and they got me in pretty quickly for a shellac pedicure. The first time I had Tim and he was very friendly and chatted with me. I was happy with my pedicure. The second time I went I had a different gentleman who did not speak to me whatsoever but would speak with the lady there in their language. Maybe he did not speak good English. This guy was very rough. Took my shellac off with a file and really made the cuticle on a couple of toes raw. They stung pretty bad when he sprayed the alcohol on my toes before the shellac. And a day later they are very sore. I have had many manicures and never had this happen or shellac taken off this way. Not sure I will go back."

"I haven't had a full set of nails done in a very very long time. So I tried this place, should have known something was wrong when there was NO ONE in there besides 3 workers. *She did not "manicure" my hands at the beginning or end. *After she finished drilling on my nails, she simply brushed them off and started to paint. I asked if I was supposed to wash after the drilling she said no. *I tried to make some conversation and she did not answer me. *The lighting is terrible in there. *This tall male worker sat there watching videos at full volume right next to me. *She finished quickly and I left a generous tip. I came out into the sunlight and was disappointed to see a TON of bubbles on most fingers. *My thumb was affixed to the nail. *My pinky nail was uneven. *Where she had done no manicure work, there were many places that were uneven. I went home and trimmed my own cuticles and around the nail, revealing even more shoddy work. While I was there 2 woman came in asking if they could get a design on their nails as well as a full set. They were turned away. "Can't do designs on nails" When I had these removed, less than 2 weeks later, at another salon, he kept looking them over and making a lot of negative comments. Too thick, uneven...nail on wrong. They looked pretty from far away. Lol"
