"By far the worst experience I have ever had. It'll take me years to get my hair back in order. Color wasn't right but able to deal with it. The cut was horrific. Wanted shoulder length no layers. Ended up with chin length and very choppy short layers, like so bad it couldn't even be fixed the following day when the manager tried to correct. The young lady that did my hair really shouldn't have a license. She even passed me off to another stylist in the middle of my hair cut. I'm mortified with my hair and there is nothing that can be done other than look like a fool for months or shave it all off. Layers are so short that pulling it up is also not an option. Please please do your research before sitting in a chair here. I left in tears and will never ever recommend or return."

"I had my curly hair cut by Fatima who was being overseen by Lisa. When I tell you I’ve never had such a thorough haircut, you better believe it. Fatima checked my layers several times and made sure to do exactly as I asked! Lisa also really helped by doing another check on my layers and giving Fatima lots of tips to cut my hair. I also was a walk-in and was in a pinch right before work. They did fantastic, and I would seriously recommend this place to anyone."
