Great Clips

"Completely shaved my head when I asked for a fade on the side and chop all the legenth off. The top and back which i asked her not to. Than tried to gas light me. Like thats what I asked for. I showed her a picture too and this is not anywhere close to what the picture was she didn't listen at all and i had to leave now i have to pay someone else to fix this i spent 6 months growing it out and its all gone."

"I know there’s mixed reviews behind great clips and I myself, as well as my husband and son have had our fair share of unfortunate haircuts. With that being said, the great clips that we go to in Elkhart. I believe when you look it up it’s titled under the shop at six, our experience is always pleasant. I do like the fact that when you go in they tell you what your last haircut was and what numbers they used for the clippers and things so that nature so that if you want the exact same thing they’re able to have that saved for you, which does make it nice, each time my husband goes he’s fairly happy with his haircut. The staff is very friendly and I don’t know their names of the girls that work there but each time even if my husband or my son gets a different hairdresser there equally as friendly."

"Why say that your open til 6pm if your going to turn away customers at 5:30. Especially if no one is in front of you in line or ahead from an online check-in. Do you realize people work til 5pm and this might be the only time they can get a haircut. Lastly, if you work for tips as well....with the Christmas season upon us, why would you turn down a 20 dollar tip for a 10 min haircut. This is the second time this location has turned me away at 5:30 with no one in line. The workers just want to clean up and go home. I guess they are not eager to make money"

"Hair cut was good, employees were friendly, and glad for online check in because the list was long on a Sunday. Could have been a bit better of an atmosphere with the employees and need better/more equipment."
