"Bethany completely trashed my hair. I asked multiple times to do a lightening low and slow, even if the color wasn’t perfect I didn’t mind coming back for multiple sessions. I just didn’t want it to break off and be fried. Guess what? Completely ruined. Like beyond horrible. I’ve literally put box bleach on my hair that didn’t completely scald my hair the way she did. Worst hairdresser I’ve ever had in my entire 30 years."
