"My appointment was for 12:00 pm today. I walked in 10 minutes early and the girl told me it would be a few minutes. She had just started coloring another person's hair (3 different colors mind you). At 12:15 the person who had an appointment with the same person after me she told him another 20 minutes. Needless to say he went with the other employee there and I walked out. Talk about bad business management. I'll never go back there again!"

"I don't remember their name, but I came in today (8/29) at 5-ish, and they were the only one working. As a trans person, it can be so hard to find someone who doesn't question when I want a men's haircut. I haven't had a professional haircut in years because every time they person would be like, "But you're gonna look like a boy, girl queen lady woman!". This was the first time I didn't hear that, and I appreciate it. On top of that, they were quick, kind, and effective. Thank you!"

"Sarah tends to the glorious mullet that graces my head and she had to fix the mistakes of a great clips salon I had went to previously. She has also been the first to color my hair and the American flag she shaved into the side then colored came out perfect. I now have an even and well cut masterpiece upon my head.
