"hands down the best eats at south land mall! i’ve been eating here since they’ve opened and i’ve really fallen in love with hotshot coffee. they deserve the hype, their drinks are delicious, their sandwiches (especially the vegetarian sandwich!!) are so delicious, and their waffles are a must have for every trip at the mall! and the owners are super kind and lovely, you can tell they work hard and love their business. over all they’ve become a true staple at the mall for me"

"This place is a really great addition to the Southland mall, and is one of the few food places available there. The prices are comparable to Starbucks, but the taste is a hundred times better. Everything from the coffee to the food is served fresh, and with a genuine smile. This is my new favorite spot to grab a drink."

"Coffee was great, and the pastrami sandwich was excellent. Was the perfect quick lunch passing through the mall. Service was warm and friendly, and I always prefer supporting family owned over chains. Even the chairs for dine in were kind of cool looking...looked like real raw finish bronze brazing construction that added a nice bit of industrial chic style. I would definitely recommend."

"Hotshots coffee was amazing. I went to the mall to grab one item & noticed it right in the middle of the shopping center. I loved that it was family owned and the couple that owned it were behind the counter themselves treating every customer like their neighbor or family. the coffee & food was made to order and fresh. It’s the closest thing to great quality coffee I had since I traveled overseas. Most franchises have the generic bland coffee and you don’t know if it’s going to taste the same based on location. Not Hotshots! I have been there 4 times since my first visit. I highly recommend for you to try it whether you’re shopping in the mall or just driving by."

"I've tried the coffee twice now! It always tastes very good, & for the price it makes it more amazing. But even if the price was a bit higher I'd still pay for this coffee, it definitely tastes better to me than Starbucks that's for sure! This is my go to place for coffee whenever I'm around the area, I dooo recommend it to anyone that wants some new coffee to try out though!"
