"They never have certain items even early in the morning for no reason and say they aren't making anymore for the day. Worse is they let you place the order without confirming if they have the item"

"Apparently "toasted" means burnt. Who would serve this?! They had to add cream cheese afterward so their quality assurance is horrible. This was topped off with the world's sweetest macchiato. NEVER ordering here again."

"I went to Einstein and planned on eating in the restaurant. Unfortunately the dining room is closed and nobody is allowed to eat in the restaurant. It appears to be a covid related cutback that they kept to save money. The food was decent."

"The baker at your location is so incredibly rude. The app online doesn’t have all the bagels online so I order online and ask to switch one of my plains for a salt bagel. They have always done this no problem. Today I opened the bag and took out the smaller bag. I did not touch any bagels. He threw the 5 plain bagels away of which they only had 2 left in stock bc he said they could have been touched. This made no sense to me as now he is wasting those bagels. He is not even talking to me about this instead he is telling his employee what to do while I am standing right in front of them. My sons have food allergies and is limited on what they can have so now I’m stuck with 3 bagels that they can not have. Again he is not talking to me about any of this he is talking to the employee who they are both standing right in front of me. I’ve gone in here for years, and he never smiles and is not welcoming. He likes being in charge and it goes to his head. I have never written a bad review online but felt this was worthy of it. I honestly think I will be driving to the Plymouth location from now on even though it’s 10 min farther but they are always so kind and courteous. This location is cold and unfriendly besides some of the nice kids who work there. You lost a customer today."

"I visited the Northville location at 8:17am on January 6, 2023. The 3 female associates were absolutely wonderful. My sandwich was perfect, and the entire visit was really great because of the friendly and efficient team of women. Thank you for being so kind and genuinely happy with your approach to each of the customers."
