"I took my grandson Thursday to get a haircut on 54586 N Ironwood Rd, South Bend, IN 46635 and I told the lady that I wanted his hair short. She cut the bottom of his hair with the machine which was good and she cut the top with scissors. I told her that I wanted her to use the machine on top too because his hair grows really fast. She said she couldn’t because the paper in her hand said not to. I told her it was too long and she just trimmed it with scissors. I told her that I was paying for the cut and I wanted it shorter. It looks so bad. We were at a school assembly and even from a distance his hair looked chopped. It just looks chopped off not even faded in. Definitely not going back there."

"The stylist was rude and impatient. She seemed inconvenienced by our visit and didn't take her time with my son at all. Also very difficult location to get out of during any time with traffic. The salon was clean though and well maintained. The other staff members wee nice and polite."
