"The two stars are because my nails ended up looking okay, & the price was cheap. However, it’s definitely not worth putting your hands through a meat grinder for an hour. I considered asking the nail tech to stop my service. Image is of the three fingers that were cut. My pinky is essentially the entire cuticle. Two of my nails were obviously bleeding & the man doing them just kept grinding away, got acetone on them while he was filling the nail, & drug his nail over them every time he painted my finger instead of my nail (which was a lot). He also kept just brushing with a stiff brush just filled with debris. The third nail I noticed today because I’m in pain! At one point I accidentally winced a little, which was met with a huge sigh from the nail tech. I wasn’t asked about a desired shape, or a length. When I said I wanted to keep my nails almond shaped I was met with “Mm.” & no other conversation. I hate leaving negative reviews, but it was without a doubt the most painful nail experience I’ve ever had."

"Okay so I've been here quite a few times because it's relatively cheap, but after my last experience I've waited a few months to decide that I won't be using their services again. Once I went to go get an acrylic set and the lady was overly rude with me about my color choices and then was frustrated because she tried to do a design and I didn't like it and so she walked away and told somebody else to finish my nails. Then the next time I came in she did my pedicure and she scraped the side of my ankle so badly with the exfoliator bar that I bled and had a really gnarly scab for a solid 2 weeks. There's been a few times where my nails were clipped too short or filed too weird and I also had blood from several areas around my toenails and fingernails. There's a girl named Izzy who works there and she is absolutely incredible, and the reason I put an extra star, but it's just not worth it anymore to go."

"Went for a Mani-Pedi and full set for my daughter. Spent a lot of money and tipped very well. These were gel nails. I needed them to last atleast 2 weeks for meetings ect. Others that I have had done last until I go get repainted well into a month. This one in 1 week and they look like I painted them! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. If you go make sure they double up on the several layers they already use. The product is cheap! My daughters full set coffin nails were $75 and they are popping off and I already had to go buy nail glue. What a joke and waste of money. If you want quality, please go elsewhere!!"
