"Worst haircut I've had in over 30 years. My regular stylist was on vacation, so based on reviews, I came to Hair Crafters. I brought a picture and Ron, the stylist, descrbed everything he would do to achieve the style, then did the opposite. He cut a bunch of choppy layers into the back of my hair. The layers do not blend at all. He didn't even touch the top and front of my hair, just chopped up the back of it. And for this I paid $50!"

"Very nice people at the salon and it was clean. My husband and I got our hair cut by Ron. He is a very nice man and quite personable. However, he was 20 minutes late to the appointment. We both showed him photos of what we wanted the cut to look like and discussed it prior to beginning. Neither of our haircuts were what we requested. My husband’s hair was left patchy and uneven, as well as cut way too short. My hair was cut too short, has layers in the front around my face which isn’t what I wanted, and I have a single small patch of stringy bangs where I wanted a curtain style bang. Now we both have to spend more money and go pay someone else to fix it elsewhere and then wait on the style to grow out so we can get what we originally wanted."
