"I decided to come here with some friend to try for the first time. While waiting for my order, the staff were more worried about calling people about their orders, which is fine, but one the workers were calling their husband from the cash register. After 30 minutes of watching the employees fool around, my drink comes out and an extra 5 minutes for my food. I spent over $20 on my order just for my drink to just taste like water, crab Rangoons to be almost burnt on the outside but raw on the inside with absolutely NO filling in them, and my musubi to be BARELY COOKED and fall apart from being so soggy. My friend who ordered chicken was also did not enjoy. Definitely will not be coming back and will not be recommending to anybody else, the Ann Arbor location is definitely way more worth the drive!!!"
"Their customer service is amazing! They are so kind, cheerful, and welcoming! Their mochi waffles are delicious, and just like the description, they are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The jasmine milk tea is also really well balanced and the boba is tender."
"Save your money people! Definitely pass on going to this location. Spent $16 on a large tea and Matsubi. The matsubi did not come with spicy mayo but some brown sauce. The entire thing is soggy and falling apart. And the seaweed…..smells atrocious. The tea tastes like sugar water. I will never come back here again."
"Best Thai tea in town! Outstanding service, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The food is freshly made to order, highly recommended."
"Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. delicious milk tea. Lots of options on the menu. The owner, Maxi, and his family are wonderful. The chicken tenders and curly fries were soooo yummy with the sweet habanero sauce."
