"Braids came out cute but they were way to tight, my scalp was bulging and irritated I tried oil, a hot towel and braid spray after paying $200 I had to take the braids down it was so bad the braids hurt coming out. I went back to shop and I was given attitude the lady that braided my hair made it seem like I was over exaggerating. In my opinion this is the worst braid shop in South Bend!"

"Never actually had an appointment, butr made several attempts just to get a price for my 7 year old. Was real disheveled over the phone. I left a message at first to have he call me back. She calls back a day later to tell me she'd have to call me back. What sense does that make? Then she called me back about 15 minutes later. When I asked what the price would be for a simple braid style, she could not give me one and stated I'd have to make an appointment. When I tried to tell her what days I had available she told me that I had to call her back to make an appointment. Then she changed her tone when I started giving her times and I asked her how long the process usually takes, then she reverted back to wanting to schedule the appointments for early in the morning around 9:00 but I told her that couldn't be done due to school schedule. She then asked me what other time would work and I told her 4:00 in the afternoon how long will it take and she said in a rude tone of voice when we finish. A rude joke with very unprofessional behavior. Based on that alone I canceled my appointment. I will not be referring anybody there."

"I went there in January of this year and it felt as if the young lady was trying to snatch my hair out from the roots I paid $160 and I ended up taking my hair down with a week first I had to take down the crown because it was so painful I couldn’t believe it I saw the owner Coumba and she had promised to take care of me and I have tried to get my hair redone on a couple different occasions and she still wants me to pay the regular price and purchase the hair well I’m done with BRAID EXPERTS. They will make your hair fall out IJS from experience"
