"I recently had an unfortunate experience that compelled me to share my thoughts. The level of dismissiveness I encountered was truly disheartening. Despite my attempts to engage and seek assistance, the attitude displayed was consistently unhelpful and unprofessional. I believe constructive communication is crucial in any setting, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking in this instance. I hope for improvement in this aspect for the benefit of future interactions."

"This Starbucks used to be wonderful. During this past holiday season , I’ve noticed the quality of the drinks have went down along with the service of the baristas. Almost grinch like. Mad because you’re asking them for a bottled water that is missing at the counter that you already paid for on the app. I frequently order off of the Starbucks app and walk in to receive my order. Multiple times this year my coffee has been watered down , missing ingredients , or just was made horribly. One thing that used to be good about Starbucks is you knew the quality of the drink you were getting! Nowadays, that’s far from the truth. Please try to get this location back on track because there are plenty of local coffee offerings."

"Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever. Something has happened at this location as it was a pretty great store up until about a year ago. Now, it's dirty and it takes forever to get through the drive-thru, despite what looks to be a full staff working. I've tried ordering ahead for pick-up, but don't get my drink until at least 10 minutes AFTER the pick-up time on multiple occasions, and oftentimes, the drink is made incorrectly. There are usually other customers standing around shaking their heads in disbelief. Please fix this location. Howard Schulz would shut it down in a second if he ever visited."

"Coffee is typically great! Employees always friendly & hard working. My only complaint is that at this location, they often are out of almond milk and that my coffee made with cold foam seldom comes with the correct open mouth lid, which is quite annoying as the cold foam just sticks to the lip instead of being incorporated with each sip."

"The atmosphere was rancid I stained my shirt on a table with who knows what! But the drinks were great. They ran out of one of the ingredients for my drink, it was still enjoyable though so I would come back again, Only for take out though."
