"As you can all see I have written a review in the past about enjoying this salon and them being the best I have found since I've lived in LaPorte, but after yesterday's experience I will NOT be returning. Jenny-- John's wife was EXTREMELY rude to me and my 10 year old child after I requested her to place a diamond on my daughter two big toes because that's what she wanted with her pedicure. Jenny replied back and stated "It won't last long" I said that's okay-- that's what she wants. As if I was asking for a discount perhaps? I paid full price for our services and still TIPPED! Her attitude was very unacceptable and she was not apologetic at all. I continue to be polite and my daughter said "THANK YOU" to Jenny and she bluntly smirked without a response until I asked for her name and told her we appreciated her. That's when she acknowledge my daughter saying thank you. Obviously this was not her first time giving a client attitude during and after services (seen in previous review) John-- Jenny is going to ruin your business and outstanding customer service because she is NOT happy. This was the last time I could allow her behavior to be acceptable. I have to set an example and there should never be an experience as such. You treat people with kindness as they treat you. That's the example I set for my children."
