"Slow, very slow. Tried my best to be understanding and friendly even though I was in a rush, and then the barista tried to serve me the wrong item. When I said “I think one of these drinks is wrong” they immediately quipped “yeah I know it’s this one”. So was the barista hoping I just take the wrong drink and not say anything? Then the replacement drink was wrong anyway, but I was in too much of a rush to care anymore"
"I'm so not going back to this biggby coffee. I shouldn't be ordering a sandwich and biting into paper that wasn't removed. When I took the paper in all the said is I'm sorry. I understand things happen but that is not cool and the makers need to slow down and pay attention especially when it comes to people eating there food or drinking there drinks."
