"I was on a long drive and stopped to get a coffee. I didn’t realize what time it was when I pulled up (about 10 mins before they closed). I felt so bad but the person working the drive through was so kind and gave me incredible service. It made my day after a long day at work."

"Absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Starbucks is a company founded on consistency and this location is not hitting any of the Starbucks values. My drink definitely didn't taste the same and it took over 25 minutes for me to get my drink... I almost just left. If a store is that backed up they should at least tell the guests up front that it's going to be a while. Simple kindness and transparency would have gone a long way"

"I recently stopped by the Starbucks near UMICH North Campus and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the Apple Crisp Macchiato with oat milk, a hot Pumpkin Spice Latte, and a refreshing Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. The iced Apple Crisp Oat Milk Macchiato was a delightful surprise, with a hint of cinnamon on top that made it a perfect drink to welcome the fall season and the changing weather from summer to fall. However, it’s worth noting that due to the high number of customers, the service may take a bit longer than usual. Also, it is difficult to find a place to study. Nonetheless, the delicious drinks make it all worthwhile!"
