"This place used to be my go to place until I was treated very disrespectfully. Found a new place an hr away that is AMAZING. I Had to get a touch up of just the polish on one nail. Due to weather conditions, I didn’t want to drive the hr for a polish touch up. So I Stopped in to see if they could re polish it for me. I understand that they don’t always have the same colors everywhere. Ben was very RUDE through the whole process of deciding what color would best match because they didn’t have the exact one. Was very rude because of the fact that I decided to go somewhere else because I was treated disrespectfully before at this place. The kid that ended painting my one nail was also very rude, even to pulling the light out from under my hand. This is the exact reason why I stopped coming here, and will not return again! Very disappointing because Ben & hannah are actually, very good at what they do."

"Scraped the top of my foot with the roughest part of the pumice stone. Happened so fast before I had time to snatch my foot back. I haven't been able to wear a shoe for a week! Then they were saying something about my foot in their language that made me very uncomfortable. I still tipped her so they know minority people DO tip but I will never be back."

"Not at all happy. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and finally treated myself to a pedicure. I got an expensive $55 package. I’m supposed to be able to pick out of multiple scents for my foot bath and he didn’t ask and just chose one for me. My friend got a basic $30 pedicure next to me and we were basically done at the same time. He rushed the entire time. The hots stones were hardly warm because he pulled them out of the warmer before he was ready to use them. I also had left over specks of white gel on my toes and instead of taking two seconds to sand it out he painted over it with my new pink gel and now I can see the white specks through my new polish. He didn’t get the dead skin at all, he did clip my cuticles, and I watched my friend next to me get a better pedicure for half the price. I’m so disappointed and sad. I wish I would’ve went to Greenville nail spa. Being 36 weeks pregnant and getting induced this Tuesday I was excited to finally treat myself. Now I don’t have the money to go else where to get a good pedicure and paint job.."
