"Left without finishing my order because the service was THAT bad. Got greeted with them saying that it will be a while because they are "super busy". I get that. But then when they come back on they are very rude and speaking in a tone as if I am bothering them by placing an order. When I ordered mozzarella sticks they guy blpracticly yelled through the speaker "we are all out of mozzarella sticks until monday!" Then I asked for a kids me chicken tenders. He then yelled again "I can't hear you!" I repeated myself a little louder...he responds louder "I still can't hear you!" Next was asking for apple juice for the kids meal and he once again yelled saying "all we have is milk or soda until monday!" This employees attitude cost the order. I will not support businesses who treat customers like a nuisance."

"Service was quick and friendly. Dr Pepper was weak and in need of syrup. Chicken bites were small, over done, and bland. Fries were limp, greasy and over done all at once, no idea how they pulled that off. The BBQ pulled pork cheese burger looked nothing like the ads that made me want to give them another chance and wasn't worth going back for. I loved Sonic in New Mexico. Wondering why all the fast food in Michigan City sucks compared to other stores."

"The shakes are good but they need to get better straws they are so bad that they are made of some type of paper so it’s very hard to drink out of. GET BETTER STRAWS SONIC!!"

"My recent visit to Sonic Drive-In was a decent experience overall. Their easy-to-use app for ordering, which includes occasional specials and discounts, stood out as a major plus point. I took advantage of a current special, $1.49 mozzarella sticks, and was generally pleased with the result. The sticks were delightfully crunchy and packed with melty cheese. However, the batter held an unexpected hint of sweetness that I found a bit off-putting for my taste. Additionally, I ordered a Sonic Blast. While the flavor was satisfactory, the ingredient distribution could have been better. Most of the mix-ins were concentrated at the top, resulting in an uneven eating experience. The ice cream itself was a bit softer than I remembered from previous visits, which was slightly disappointing."

"The first time I was at a Sonic I liked it. It had a lot of deep fried but very tasty. The shake s were very good. Would definitely have another hopefully very soon."
