"worst manicure ever! i’ll be honest i wasn’t clear on how their manicures worked, but at the least my fingers shouldn’t have color on anything but the nail itself. Unfortunately i left unhappy with my results after telling two separate people because my original nail tech was in a hurry to get me out of there. they tried to fix it but they were so poorly done there was no fixing it."

"I took my best friend here for her birthday. It was her second time ever getting nails professionally done, and my first. We came in and it was pretty busy, no problem. We waited in the lobby for 5-10 minutes until we were taken back. My best friend's nail tech was ready right away, greeted her friendly, and started the consultation on what she wanted. My nail tech had yet to arrive, so I sat there for about 5 min before someone joined me. She sat down, did not even greet me, and just said "pick a color". I explained I was hoping for something more than just a single color and showed her a simple two tone design I liked, even more simple than what my best friend's nail tech had already started the process of for her. She looked at it and just said "No" she did not even suggest alternative or a backup, so I had to just pick one color to go with. I was so annoyed because the one thing that I didn't want to walk out with, I was basically forced into. Additionally they came out much shorter and nubby looking than I anticipated. Then came time to pay, it was way more than I anticipated and my best friend was charged about $30 more than me for getting some squiggly smiley faces that took less time to complete than my basic colored set. It felt like a huge rip off, giant waste of my time, and shattered all the excitement I had for my very first professional nail appointment. I will never, ever go here again and will discourage everyone I speak to about it from doing so too."

"Pedicure was very nice and well done, but my manicure unfortunately was really poorly painted and my thumb skin was clipped badly and bleeding. I asked for the polish just to be taken off and the nail tech said she wasn’t going to charge me and insistent on putting a clear coat on instead, which was fine. When I went to pay, they charged me for the manicure and i mentioned that she said she was not charging me - they yelled back to the nail tech and she said she actually was going to charge me now.. unfortunate service so I will not go back there. Bummer because the pedicure was nice."

"While it seemed clean and hygienic, unfortunately the service was not great. the woman who did my nails seemed hurried and annoyed. When I asked her for a simple design and showed a picture (one that is much more simple than some of the pictures on their website), she begrudgingly said okay and did the design. When she was done, she just stood up and walked away without telling us if we were done or not. Even though we had made an appointment, it felt as if we were bothering them. They did two coats and with this color, I think they should have done three as you can still see my nail underneath the polish/the color is inconsistent. Also, for many of my nails, the polish doesn't even go all the way down to the end of the nail bed, so they look unfinished. The attached photos are exactly 1 day after getting them done. My friend had a much better experience with her nails, so I do think it depends on who you get."
