"I will not be back. The last three haircuts were not good. My hair isn't that hard to cut as it is a short pixie cut. I had the same girl two of these times and she didn't listen to what I wanted. She even told me I didn't want the cut I was asking for. And both times she cut a small chunk out of my hair. I used to get good cuts here but since COVID its gone downhill. I found another salon where I am listened to and get the cut I want."
"Terrible hair cut. Lady has been in the hair business for 1 year, went to school at Empire, and does not know how to layer or cut hair. Never going back , nor should anyone pay for a haircut to be done like this. Thankfully I had a coupon since I got my haircut here before so I didn't pay full price. Definitely will pass these photos along, and express my thoughts to friends/family who are looking for a place to get a haircut. Do not go here!!! They are not sure how to cut hair. My "Layers" are jagged and she looks like she had no clue what she was doing."
