"I usually shop here for my teens but when I went in I had to being my Littles with. I'm one person and was trying to help all 4 kids at once. The teen girl at the register got an attitude cause I apologized about my kids behaviors and she proceeded to tell me that they don't put up with that. Then today the employees kept saying the f bomb and the music was very very poor. So loud that I couldn't hear my husband talk who was next to me. I dont know if I'll be shopping in store there anymore."

"While on a weekend getaway, we decided to head over to this outlet mall and the only place we went to was Zumie's. We have one in our hometown and don't normally frequent it, but decided to check it out. Not only do we enjoy the vibe and brands available at Zumie's but the two gentleman working on Saturday, 8/29/2020, were awesome. Customer Service, especially in the retail world is hard to come by. Well done to this location and those two members of their staff. Thank you!"

"I personally dont understand why people complain about the music, I dont go into a department store and complain about the music and refuse to shop there. I personally hate the music played at hot topic, but I'm not going to leave there if I want to buy something. If a store is successful, which I know for a fact this Zumiez location is, what does it matter if you like the music or not? If it really bothers you, ask any of the employees to turn it down or suggest something different, everybody that works there is open to have conversations with the customers. Maybe if most of the customers were less rude to the employees or ignore them when they ask if you need help, they would know that they are friendly. The store has a great environment and most definitely does not ALWAYS play death metal or whatever some people say. Either way, its just music, what has this world come to that people find grounds to complain about a whole store just because of the music it may be playing at some point"

"Music was so loud Death metal rock with lyrics that only had the “F” word. I understand the employees want music they like to listen too when they are working but when it clears out the entire store, probably want to rethink song choices."
