"unfortunately I didn't expect that's really hard for such a big brand name to make a return for an item that was bought from the same store few days back very complicated and even impossible!! I bought few items from them without trying them at the store due to COVID restrictions which everyone can understand One of the items doesn't fit on me, I came all they way back from Chicago to return it but unfortunately I brought the wrong Guess receipt, I've waited in the que for more than 40 minutes to enter the store as its black Friday I asked for a retun and the lady on the counter refused my request. By saying our policy does not allow us to do so. The items was in the original bag with the tag on it and everything was perfect but unfortunately it doesn't work."

"Going to be honest with you, as of writing this I am in fact employed at this store, so I may be bias. BUT, in my opinion in comparison to some of the other stores I feel like guess has a nice variety of clothing, and even ranges from slim fit to regular and oversized fit. We also regularly get new product in so i feel like its usually never boring. You never know what will come in next."
