"I've come in a few times and have had my hair cut by a few people and all have been pleasant ( usually book with ashley) but this most recent time I had my hair cut by Toni and she was extremely rude when I asked to speak to a manager she stated that she ran the store definitely not someone who should be in charge of an establishment if she acts that way next time I'll book with my usual"

"Arrived at 5:27 pm and there was absolutely no one in the salon except the stylist who happen to be sitting in a chair talking to her friend who was wearing pajamas and a long coat. The stylist asked if we had an appt and told her no. She said there were no more appts available yet there was no one in the salon. Obviously, she didn't want to make any money and her customer service was very poor. She also lied because when we checked online, there were 2 available appts. Even when we pulled our of the parking lot, there was still no one in the salon. All that we wanted was to get two little girls' bangs trimmed. Will not go here again."

"Probably just bad timing but I walked in with one lady getting highlights with no employee in sight. After about a minute I heard voices and kept waiting. After about 10 minutes I walked back to find them only to be led back to the register and asked to wait an hour before getting cut when 3 employees weren't busy. Haircut was very good though."

"I haven’t found anyone in Kalamazoo after living here for six years that I liked how they did my hair, so I drove an hour and a half away to my girl I’d seen before. I am sure there are plenty of good stylist out there in kazoo so I am not bashing that, I just didn’t find one of them and after about 6 attempts I gave up for a long time. I was desperate and cut my own hair because I couldn’t get home and the ends were driving me crazy, don’t worry no crisis bangs or anything. I decided Sunday, I needed to get it fixed. (Turns out they have a profession for a reason) so I went the the closest place I could find open on a Sunday. I booked my appt online and went to meet Saphire at 12:30 to fix my hair because no way anyone could make it worse. I let her know my shame and my experience but decided to just go for it! AMAZING! Absolutely fantastic she listened, made suggestions, confirmed, it was such a great experience I ended up going back to finally get my roots covered and highlights toned up. She did amazing once again. Bonus- gave waxing=so detailed and particular! Love it! Definitely give this place a try! Plus the cost is even lower then I have ever paid in the past."
