"I have long, healthy hair. I take care of my hair, and rely on a stylist for professional color and highlights. I expressed that I needed someone good and confident with color. I provided a picture for the color I was trying to achieve. Once finished, my hair had extensive hotspots, bleeding, lines throughout, and distinctive root of about a 1/4 inch from my scalp. I asked them to fix it, which they were willing to do, and they asked for pictures because they didn’t know how they were going to fix it. I sent pictures and set an appointment. I worried that the same girl who created the issue was going to have problems correcting it as well. I called a couple days before my appointment to see how she was going to fix it. She had no idea and only offered to “weave in more color” because she didn’t know what I was upset with. I tried to be patient and understanding, but they didn’t seem to care at all. I’m extremely disappointed. Maybe other stylists there are decent, but that wasn’t my experience. I rated a 2 star because initially they were nice and the atmosphere was good. Now, 200$ later for a color correction elsewhere, I find it very upsetting."
