"Excellent customer service at the Rivertown Crossing location in Grandville, Michigan. I was greeted by 2 ladies who helped me find what I was looking for & showed me the items included in the sale that I was specifically there for. Store was clean, organized & friendly checkout experience as well. Thank you Victoria's Secret!"

"I had an awful experience there tonight. Me and my husband went to get me some bras, and I went to try them on and normally I can put a bra on myself but I needed help cause there was like 8 hooks and will Normally i will ask a worker to help but no one was around and no one was in the dressing room. So I asked my husband to help but I made sure 100 percent that no one was in the dressing room before he entered my room which was right across the entrance. So he came and helped me for not even 5 seconds then left and a worker came told him he wasn't allowed in there not even to help. That's not the issue, the issue is the manager or whatever he was was very rude, he was talking very loudly about my husband and how if he doesn't listen to them they will call security. Now I want to also add that there was no sign anywhere saying no one is allowed to enter to help another person out. There was no need for the attitude. I didn't say anything but I wish I did. He was extremely unprofessional and needs to check himself before checking other people!"

"My first time at this location. I have recently lost a lot of weight and needed to be fitted for a new bra. Liberty was so helpful and so sweet. She sized me and brought me a selection of bras to try to make sure I had the best fit. She even asked me what my budget was and helped me tremendously. The store was clean and organized. Liberty just took that extra step and was so friendly, she spoke to all the customers by name and kept a smile on. The ladies at the register were also very nice. Thanks Liberty !! Your amazing"
