"I accidentally took off before receiving my full order. I was able to speak with Helen and she corrected it immediately! I so appreciate her and her teams customer service :)"
"I loveeee my Dunkin. No other Dunkin is lime then. Hellen my girl, always puts a smile on my face and everyone there always makes sure my coffee is right and they're so nice about everything. By far the best people (Nile's Dunkin sucks so bad)"
"Spent $10 for 2 bagels that went in the trash because I couldn't bite through them. My wife couldn't even tear a piece off to eat it. Yes they were toasted but they were crazy stale. I wouldn't be leaving this review except for the fact that you can't even call the store because "this person has a mail box that is full". Not the experience or quality I used to get when I lived on this side of town. Hope your experience is better."
"The coffee and chai was delish, and the food wasn't great. I got the sausage, egg and cheese wrap and it had a spoiled taste to it. It wasn't good at all but the bacon and hash browns were good."
"Asked for sweet tea and got unsweet and asked for them if I could have sweet tea (sticker label said sweet tea) then took my cup and touched all over my straw and only added sugar cane pumps to it. When I asked to replace the whole drink because they touched my straw he lied to my face and said he didn't touch it when I watched him take the lid off and take my straw out and replace the lid and put my straw back. Threw my whole order away cuz if they do that to peoples straws, what about the food?"
