"I come here a lot and my experience varies every time. Sometimes, I will come in and order my food and everything will be fast and perfect. Zero complaints when that happens. Other times, it will take forever and I will find myself waiting almost twenty minutes. Naturally, you could assume that this variation results from the amount of people there at any given time, but I've found that it does not. I can be the only person there and it can take fifteen minutes or I can order the same thing when there is a crowd and be out in five. Occasionally, this location will be completely out of something. They are pretty good about substituting it for something else at no additional cost. On occasion they will mess up your order, such as when I asked for a country grilled cheese without tomato, only to find myself eating it without the bacon that is on it, and covered in tomato. Furthermore, there was hardly any cheese on there as well, but having waited 20 minutes, I was hungry and unwilling to wait for them to fix i"
