"They have beautiful clothes but every time I come, they are out of my size in all of the clothes I look at. I live an hour away, so it’s always a special trip and it’s disappointing to always only be able to try on maybe 1-2 pieces of clothes. They offer to order it online for you, but I can just do that at home and want to be able to try on clothes without having to coordinate a return. Will probably just stick with Torrid from now on. Edit after response from store: Other plus size stores are able to keep a wide variety of sizes in stock (even popular styles). Plus size women really want to shop in-store and be able to try on multiple sizes before purchasing. I, for one, am tired of always having to shop online, purchase multiple sizes in the same garment to see what fits, and find a store to return the clothes/sizes that didn't fit to or coordinate shipping it all back. Stores that say they are inclusive should do the work to really be inclusive."

"My mom and I drove across the state to visit Arula. Cassie made it an experience for us! We were shopping for an upcoming vacation. She picked out so many outfits for us. We must have tried the entire store. Cassie and Nick had no problem putting our “no’s” back on the racks. The clothes are so cute and the best quality. I have about 8 outfits to wear on vacation. Thank you for an awesome day! We’ll be back in a few months to do it again (:"
