"Let me just say this is 1 of my favorite Starbucks around me. They always get your order right. If you ask for light ice that is what you get, not half a glass and then told yeah that's easy ice. It is in the grocery store but that's fine by me. Love the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher Lemonade by far my favorite."
"Very pissed everytime I go I don't get nice service. Always get attitude from one of the associates that works there and let me tell you it's always the same girl. Everyone else never have an issue. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't work there. Period. I am frequent costumer and get a bad service every single time when she's working. My drink is never right. Thats why I choose to go to kalamazoo starbucks. If you work in Starbucks you should be friendly. If I go pay $7 for a drink I expect to get good service and my drink right."
