"This is my go-to store, whether it's in Grand Rapids MI or PCB FL. The ladies in the store are eager to help you or if asked will give an honest opinion. My husband doesn't mind going in with me because there are outfits put together on the walls & he can just pick the ones he likes & we're done! Love Love Love this store! They have sizes from 2-28W!"

"I was never greeted or spoken to the entire time I was in the store. She also never greeted anyone else that came in while I was in there for an hour. The “employee” never once moved from behind the counter. I had over 20 items in my arms to try and I had to go to the counter to ask for a fitting room. Not one time did she check on me in the fitting room, never asked if I needed anything when I came out. The only words I got from her were “ if you are ready to check out I can help you here” I traveled here from Muskegon to shop Cato as ours is gone. Muskegon had SUPERIOR customer service. This location has none..zero..zilch! This is the second time I’ve come here..same scenario. Sadly my days of having my entire wardrobe, and accessories come from Cato are over. I will never be back."
