"Use to buy my boots, pants, shirts, and glasses from here, decide to buy a pair of headphones today decided I hated them cause they were soooooo quite, wanted to return them and they said no. Bought 150$ pair of headphones at 11am tried to return them 5 hours later cause they suck and they said no, so I’ll never be back here."

"Decent selection. I've always had issues here with employees not having much knowledge when it comes to their selections. I just need some good boots that are great on concrete. Unfortunately my work uses this place. I gave 2 stars because at least they are nice. They are too Eiger to order you shoes than suggest boots within their selection. I wear Irish setters and red wing boots and I was suggested keen and Merrell. Both are terrible on concrete for long periods of time. I was looking for the best. Hopefully they can learn more about their products. In the mean time I'll skip the free money my employer gives me and order from a company who knows their products"

"NEVER!!! I’m never shopping at this store again.!!! I went in to buy some insulated pants for my husband. Luckily found some on for clearance section way in the back, 50% off, supposedly. Was priced at $70.99, without the discount. So I head to checkout and I see the same jeans for $58.99, and with a 25% discount. They had scribbled over the price on the jeans I found in the clearance section and put a new price tag on top, with the higher price. It was pretty obvious. I asked the lady at the register and she couldn’t explain why. I ended up buying them, because we really needed them, but don’t false advertise your customers that way. We loved all of the different products in this store, but this was our first and last time shopping here"

"Our company recommended us here for a safety shoes. And I'm glad they did. So much variety, and if they don't have your size(shoes or clothes) they will gladly order with zero obligation. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong."
