"I had Nancy do my nails and my toes and she kept telling me the whole time how busy she was because Kathy, the owner was not there. She rushed it the whole time, and the shellac ended up coming off the next day I went in and complain to Kathy when she was there and she told me to come back whenever I could and she would redo a pedicure and a manicure for me at no cost. Fast forward to today I went back in and Kathy told me that I waited too long so now I had to pay 80% And I said that wasn't fair or right you don't tell someone to come back for free at their earliest convenience and then charge them. She told me I waited too long it's been four weeks. I told her life is busy and this was my first available time to come in . Told her I just wanted my toes done and then Nancy started with rude comments again and I told her to stop. I'll be done now and I walked out very rude and miss treated. Don't go there."

K nails told us they would take us and it was amazing, we all were happy with our pedicures and will definitely be back next trip!!"
