"Please whatever you do DO NOT go here! I already had a bad feeling about this place when they charged $90 for a set of acrylics and it was $5 extra just to have letters added to one of my nails. I wanted the actual charms but instead she painted them on and it looked horrible. The entire application process was wrong and the nails were too wide for my small nail beds so they were uncomfortable the entire 3 weeks I kept them on. While trying to soak off the nails they were extremely stubborn and I took a week to fully get all of them off and I could already tell they were ruined. My pinky nail was in pain and when I started to take the acrylic off I could see that half of my nail bed came off with it."

"Last time I had nails done the only guy there did my nails. He was rough and i actually had to tell him he was hurting me! Well, like a dummy. I tried again. Nail polish on fingers was horrible. He told me I didn’t need my cuticles done so the polish ended up uneven and polish was all over my skin. I pointed this out and he fixed it a little. Polish still not covering my entire nail Looks like a child did it In addition, he vaped the entire time and stayed on his phone. And he was very rough and seemed in a hurry. Don’t go there! Waste of money. From now now on I don’t care how long I have to wait to go to my place on Hilton road. They are super busy for a reason. (PT nails). The only nice thing I can say is his wife is really nice. He doesn’t need to be doing nails. He’s awful"

"I paid $50 to walk in, not asked to wash my hands, tools and work area were very uncleanly, my cuticles were not pushed back, they immediately went in with a drill on my natural nail, applies fake nail, then acrylic. A color coat, top coat, and that was it. 50$ for something I could've done at home. As a licensed cosmetologist this was incredibly frustrating. I never get manicures or splurge on myself, and I was so disappointed that I spent my money here. They told me after the fact that if I wanted cuticles pushed back, that would've been MORE money! A standard practice when it comes to acrylic nails is at LEAST pushing the cuticles back so it properly adheres. I wasn't asking for a massage! I wanted a proper manicure. I was the only client there as well, so no reason I couldn't get a design. And I asked for a design twice, once on the phone, once in person and was told no both times. I wanted Christmas design as I am trying to have something positive to look forward to, and was denied even that. Highly disappointed."

"I’m so upset. I got my nails done on a Thursday, 2 days before my Cancun, Mexico trip. By the 4th day after getting a French manicure it looked horrible, 2 days into my trip. I was embarrassed of my ugly nails. I looked like I was over due for a manicure. By the 7th day, almost no paint remained on my nails. Never again! I always go to GL nails but gave them a try. Big mistake. How embarrassing, all I wanted was cute vacay nails. Photos of day 4 and day 7 included for you to see. :("
