"The store is always so dirty, and even if I order 1 drink the wait time is always 10-15 minutes. Do not recommend coming here if you are in somewhat of a hurry."
"The slowest service I’ve ever experienced, and I was not there during any rush. Both times I’ve been I also could not finish the drink because of how sweet it is. So much sugar it hurts your teeth. Find a Starbucks and don’t ruin your day coming here."
"Saturday morning drive-thru? Skip it. 10/10 do not recommend. I entered the drive thru today at 9:23am being the 4th car in line. I got to order my drink at 9:40am and was finally through the line at 9:56am. For the amount of time it took to serve 4 customers, I should have had my $6.50 drink (the only thing I ordered) for free. But of course, that's not an option."
"I got the pumpkin spice latte. I know these kinds of drinks are on the sweeter side so I asked for a little less of the flavoring and it turned out with perfect sweetness! The staff that took my order didn't ask me what size and charged me for the medium as a default which I thought was strange but not sure if maybe this is how Bigbys does it when the customer doesn't specify the size they wanted. I corrected him and just wanted a small. The staff there was friendly enough and handled the amount of customers in a timely and calm manner. The chair's fabric that I sat on was literally peeling off as I touched it and alot of the other furniture was very old with scratches on it and whatnot."
"I worked at this location for almost two years, and in that time over 30 baristas came in and out of that store. The turnover is insanely high for so many reasons. The wage is barely livable and you're lucky if you get 40 hours a week even as a full-time barista. Schedules were always posted the day before they started, often times with gaps or scheduling people who had given advanced notice they needed that time off. Trainees were given maybe three days of training before being thrown onto the line by themselves - which is what makes the wait so long by the way. There was zero communication from management and when issues were raised to upper management they promised to look into it but changes were never made. I understand this isn't the most important or impactful job, but I really loved being a barista. And I know so many other people who left who loved their jobs, but the lack of care and appreciation takes a toll. But Biggby's owned by Pavilion Ventures struggle for a reason - every cup says they "love the people behind their coffee", but what they really care about is the money, often to the point of detriment to their baristas."
