"Here is the deal: if you do not have enough employees to schedule a Saturday, just close. It is not fair to your 2 high school employees, who clearly are not equipped to handle Saturday traffic on their own, to be thrown to the wolves. I am standing here witnessing several women who are angry and demanding refunds(which neither employee knows how to do) because they have been waiting 30 minutes for their orders. Let me be clear: this is a Management issue, not an employee issue. Get it together."
