"I can honestly say this was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had. For many reasons. She had my glasses off for over three hours, and I get headaches without them. She put me under a dryer with bleach on my hair for 40 plus minutes. According to Aveda educators-this is not recommended.A big no-no. I never even seen my hair until it was completely done. She kept saying “thanks for letting me create.” Well I lost lots of hair. It’s been a solid week and my hair is still breaking in several pieces. The hair actually looks like fuzz when it comes out. It’s frizzy, and looks nothing like my hair has ever looked. I’ve corresponded with her all week with my dissatisfaction. We were to meet up Monday, and she was going to rectify the situation. Or so I thought. I had spoken with two Aveda Educators and another stylist and was told how I should ask to have the situation resolved. At least to try and start to repair my hair. They suggested at least three deep conditioning treatments. Or a refund to have someone else fix it. She has stopped answering my texts. She offered to sell me some of her product at her cost. I wasn’t spending anymore money at her salon. $326.00 for the worst experience ever. She did offer to change the color. Mind you, my hair is falling out. The last thing I want is more chemical on my hair. And a glaze. Which only works on the outer surface of my hair. Nothing to start repairing my hair at all. I walked out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL!"
