"Needed a place to get some laptop things done on a Friday afternoon. Wasn’t busy and I loved all the natural light. Tables were a little small for a work space, but I managed. They do have a shared high-top table that looked like it had so more space for working tho. The two girls working recommended Winter Blossom and it was amazing. You get a cup with a teapot (see pic)…lovedddd that experience. I think I got like 3 cups out of maybe and it was only like $5 or something!!!! What a steal."

"The quality of coffee seems to be the best. Bread is generally expensive. The atmosphere is very clean and nice. One thing that is disappointing is that I wish the employees would wear clean clothes while working. I am satisfied with the friendly service."

"A nice coffee shop serving Grand Rapids. Stopped in to grab something warm to drink on the first cold day of the year. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with the menu. Ordered, a seasonal coffee and it was quite tasty. I would absolutely recommend Sweetwaters."

"It is close to my work, so I come here very often. I can say every other day. Some times I sit there to study or work on something. Most I order coffee from the app and pick it up. Their americano, espresso, cappuccino, and latte are great. I don’t eat the pastries because I am on low carb diet. The service is always good except when it is busy where the online ordering is delayed."
